Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  technical leadership

• Simplify and automate

  build, test, and deployment processes through CI/CD practices.
• Drive reduction of

  technical debt

  and improvement of platform health.

• Mentor and coach

  junior engineers, fostering a learning and collaborative culture.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams in an

  Agile/Scrum environment

  to ensure quality delivery.

About You

Technical Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience

  in Java development (Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot).
• Strong expertise in

  Microservices and API development

  (REST/JSON, Kafka, message queues).
• In-depth knowledge of

  database systems

  (Oracle, SQL Server).
• Experience working with

  CI/CD pipelines

  and automation (Jenkins, GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Familiarity with

  container platforms

  such as Docker, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of

  software design patterns, API service testing

  , and integration.
• Solid experience with

  Unix/Linux commands

  , web services, and messaging frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in

  QA processes

  , source control, and build pipelines.
