Job Description

As a Senior Software Engineer with 4 to 13 years of experience in Angular JS and Java, your role will involve developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, ensuring application performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks and bugs, and maintaining code quality and automation. Your proactive approach will be key to driving projects to success and making a significant impact on the company's goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using Angular JS and Java - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features - Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs - Help maintain code quality organization and automation - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers - Work closely with product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications - Ensure all development work follows best practices and coding standards - Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups - Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables **Qualifications:** - Possess a strong background in Angular JS and Java with at least 4 years of hands-on experience - Demonstrate proficiency in building scalable and maintainable software solutions - Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model - Have strong communication and collaboration skills - Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies - Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field - Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus - Familiarity with version control systems like Git is desirable - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is beneficial - Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus - Experience with containerization technologies like Docker is nice to have,
