Job Description

You are a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with 4 to 13 years of experience in Angular JS and Java, seeking to join our team. In this role, you will work in a hybrid model contributing to the development of innovative software solutions. Your proactive nature will be essential in driving projects to success and making a significant impact on our company's goals. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using Angular JS and Java. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features while ensuring the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, maintaining code quality, organization, and automation will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to team members. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain competitive is crucial. Your contribution to the continuous improvement of the development process and providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers will be highly valued. Working closely with product managers to understand requirements and translating them into technical specifications is essential. Ensuring all development work follows best practices and coding standards, participating in agile ceremonies, and contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups are key aspects of the role. Effective communication with team members and stakeholders is necessary to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. To qualify for this role, you must possess a strong background in Angular JS and Java with at least 4 years of hands-on experience. Demonstrating proficiency in building scalable and maintainable software solutions, excellent problem-solving skills, and attention to detail are essential. Your ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, strong communication and collaboration skills, and proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies are crucial. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required. Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus, while familiarity with version control systems like Git is desirable. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks is beneficial, along with an understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure. Experience with containerization technologies like Docker is also considered nice to have.,
