Job Summary

Java Spring Boot AWS API Developer

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain APIs and backend services using
Java Spring Boot
.
Deploy and manage applications on
AWS cloud
(ECS, API Gateway, Lambda, etc.).
Implement CI/CD pipelines with
GitLab
for continuous integration and deployment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure software solutions.
Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Troubleshoot issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills & Experience

5–8 years of experience in
Java development
, with expertise in
Spring Boot framework
.
Strong hands-on experience with
AWS services
(ECS, API Gateway, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.
Knowledge of
GitLab CI/CD
pipelines and DevOps practices.
Good understanding of microservices architecture.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Docker and container orchestration (EKS/Kubernetes).
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform / CloudFormation).
Familiarity with monitoring tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus).
