Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Senior Java Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure Java-based backend systems tailored for payment processing applications.
Work on end-to-end integrations with payment gateways, card networks (Visa, MasterCard, etc.), and third-party financial services.
Develop APIs and microservices using
Spring Boot
, ensuring secure handling of sensitive payment data (PCI DSS compliance).
Implement transaction management, error handling, and reconciliation processes.
Collaborate with QA, Product, DevOps, and Business teams to deliver high-quality features in an Agile environment.
Conduct code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain high code quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to transaction failures, timeouts, and inconsistencies.
