Key Skills and CompetenciesWe are looking for passionate Java developers with strong technical foundations and a drive to build scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidates should have:

Proficiency in Core and Advanced Java, including object-oriented programming, multithreading, exception handling, and collections.

Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and RESTful API development.

Solid understanding of relational databases, with strong SQL and Oracle skills (especially for the Chennai role).

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP/Servlets.

Experience using version control systems such as Git.

Exposure to build tools like Maven or Gradle.

Knowledge of unit testing frameworks like JUnit or TestNG.

For senior rolesexperience in designing scalable architectures, leading modules, and mentoring junior developers.
