The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with Agile methodologies. ## Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications using Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud technologies like AWS and Kubernetes. 2. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and design principles. 3. Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures. 4. Cloud and DevOps: Work with AWS, Kubernetes, and other cloud technologies to ensure seamless deployment, scaling, and management of applications. 5. Troubleshooting and Optimization: Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure high availability and reliability. 6. Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to ensure smooth project execution. 7. Code Quality and Security: Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security guidelines to maintain high-quality, secure, and reliable codebases. ## Requirements: 1. Experience: 6-12 years of experience in Java development, with a focus on Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and cloud technologies like AWS and Kubernetes. 2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Agile methodologies. 3. Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ## Nice to Have: 1. Certifications: AWS Certified Developer or Architect, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or Certified Java Developer (OCPJP). 2. Experience with CI/CD tools: Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI. 3.
