• Solid understanding of build and deployment processes
• Should take ownership and leadership of components not just development
  

Desirable Skills

• Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven/Gradle
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
• Good understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and RESTful APIs
  

Roles And Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust, scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot
• Design and implement reusable Java libraries to be consumed by other teams/projects
• Handle build and release activities, including deployment of artifacts to remote repositories
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, solution design, and implementation
• Take ownership of deliverables, ensuring timely and quality releases
• Actively participate in technical discussions, architecture design, and performance optimizations
