Java Developer

As a Software Engineer at Innervex Technologies, you will be an integral part of the Innervex Product Engineering team, focusing on the development of desktop/web applications and integrations with cloud services. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, designing and shipping new features, bug fixing, improving application performance, mentoring team members, providing accurate task estimates, and proactively analyzing, coding, and unit testing software within a team environment. Key Responsibilities: - Review delivery dates and work requirements, analyze alternatives, and communicate options and their effects - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features - Work on bug fixing, improving application performance, and mentoring team members - Provide accurate estimates for assigned tasks, participate in code reviews, and develop software to pre-defined standards - Perform functional analysis, debugging, and write/update documentation - Work to meet project schedules, timelines, and deadlines, record/report status in an agile environment, and contribute ideas to project planning Qualifications Required: - Expertise in end-to-end Java development with a good understanding of the software development life cycle and Agile/iterative methodology - Proficiency in Core Java 6 or higher, RDBMS (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL), REST, Spring Framework, Multi-threading/concurrency, JDBC, and web service integration - Strong experience with n-tier architectures, Unit Test Frameworks (JUnit/JBehave), and Web/Application Servers like Apache Tomcat, JBoss Additional Company Details: Innervex Technologies is a technology-focused organization that places a strong emphasis on utilizing technology in all aspects of its operations.
