Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices and backend systems.
Build and optimize RESTful APIs ensuring high performance and reliability.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver robust solutions.
Participate in code reviews, maintain code quality, and follow best development practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and continuously improve system architecture.

Required Skills & Experience:

Java & OOP:
Strong in Java 17+, multithreading, and concurrency concepts.
Frameworks:
Hands-on with Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA, and Jakarta EE.
Database Design:
Deep understanding of SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL), NoSQL (MongoDB), and caching (Redis).
Microservices & Architecture:
Experience in designing and scaling distributed systems.
DevOps & CI/CD:
Familiarity or theoretical understanding of Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, Jenkins/GitLab CI, and deployment pipelines.
Cloud Platforms:
Exposure to AWS or Azure, and container orchestration with Kubernetes.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving ability, collaboration mindset, and adaptability in dynamic environments.
