Job Description

You are seeking a skilled Java Backend Developer with a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in developing scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs. Your role involves designing, testing, and maintaining Java-based applications, optimizing and building RESTful APIs and microservices, as well as integrating applications with databases and external systems. Collaboration with front-end developers, QA teams, and product managers is essential to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. Your responsibilities will also include troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading existing systems, adhering to best practices in coding, security, and performance optimization. Participation in code reviews and the contribution to improving development standards are key aspects of your role. Proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, Spring Framework, REST API development, and Microservices Architecture is required. Additionally, experience with databases like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB, along with familiarity with Hibernate/JPA for ORM, is necessary. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, and exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP are desirable. Understanding Docker/Kubernetes is an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving and analytical skills, effective communication, and teamwork abilities. Immediate joiners who can work onsite at Okhla NSIC will be given preference.,
