Role & responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java development and a strong command of the Spring framework. You will work on building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using Core Java and Spring frameworks (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security). Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party services. Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues. Collaborate with architects, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and agile development ceremonies. Mentor junior developers and contribute to improving coding standards and processes. Required Skills and Experience: 6-8 years of solid experience in Core Java development. Strong expertise in Spring ecosystem: Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data. Experience in developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Proficient in ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA. Good understanding of multithreading, collections, and design patterns. Experience with build tools like Maven or Gradle and version control systems (Git). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
