Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage software development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design, develop, and implement robust Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
• Ensure compliance with best practices in software development, including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot framework.
• Solid understanding of Java Microservices architecture and design principles.
• Proficient in RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Angular or React.
• Understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.

Qualifications:
