Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage fullstack engineering teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications.
  
• Drive architecture, design, and development of

  scalable micro frontend applications

• Provide technical leadership in

  JavaScript/React/NextJS (frontend)

• Oversee UI/UX implementation using

  CSS, Tailwind

  , and modern responsive frameworks.
• Define and implement

  micro frontend strategy

  to ensure modular and reusable components.
• Lead

  Docker-based containerization

  and deployment to

  Azure App Services

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders – Product, Design, QA, and DevOps – to align on requirements, priorities, and timelines.
  
• Mentor and grow engineers across multiple teams, ensuring high performance and technical excellence.
  
• Ensure adherence to

  SDLC best practices

  , coding standards, and secure design principles.
• Optimize delivery processes, improve quality metrics, and drive engineering excellence across teams.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 12 – 16 years

  of overall IT experience with at least

  5+ years in leadership/management roles

• Strong expertise in

  Java, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, CSS3, Tailwind

  .
• Proven experience in building and deploying

  Micro Frontend Architectures

  .
• Hands-on knowledge of

  containerization (Docker)

  and deployment to

  Azure App Services

  .
• Experience in building large-scale, distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
  
• Strong understanding of modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  
• Ability to design

  scalable, secure, and high-performance

  solutions.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team mentoring skills.
