Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Offshore Architect to lead solutioning and design efforts while working closely with the offshore team and our customers. This key role will require a proactive approach to resolving technical blockers, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with various teams to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with onshore architects to design robust solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and develop tailored approaches.
• Resolve technical blockers throughout the development process.
• Coordinate with QA to develop plans and track releases.
• Define release timelines and sprint goals with the Scrum Master.
• Lead the design of microservices-based architecture for modernization.

Must-Have Skills and Qualifications

• Strong technical skills in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, AWS, Microservices, and Angular.
• Proven experience in system architecture design and performing impact analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to mentor and guide the team effectively.
• Experience with the design and implementation of software networks.
• Experience with software design and web programming.
• High-level project management skills.
• Ability to solve complex software system issues.
• Experience in Agile methodologies preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Good to have : Experience in Travel (Airline) and hospitality/Payments domain.
