Job Location: Bangalore (Electronic city) / Hybrid work

Role & responsibilities

Educational Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in
Java
and
Java-related technologies
(Spring, Hibernate, J2EE, etc.).
Expertise in designing and developing large-scale, high-performance applications.
Experience with
microservices architecture
,
RESTful APIs
, and
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
Strong knowledge of
databases
(SQL, NoSQL) and
data modeling
.
Familiarity with
DevOps
practices and tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, etc.).
Experience with
Agile
methodologies and
CI/CD pipelines
.
Strong understanding of
design patterns
,
software development life cycle
(SDLC), and
best practices
.

Experience:

Minimum of
8 years
of professional software development experience.
At least
3-5 years
of experience in a technical leadership role.
Hands-on experience in leading large Java-based projects and architecting complex systems.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of developers.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
