Java Angular Developer

The Applications Development Programmer Analyst position is an intermediate level role that involves participating in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main responsibility will be to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will be required to utilize your knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, along with basic knowledge of other technical areas, to identify and define necessary system enhancements. It will also be your responsibility to identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions. Your expertise will be crucial in utilizing knowledge of business processes, system processes, and industry standards to solve complex issues. Furthermore, you will need to analyze information, make evaluative judgments to recommend solutions and improvements, conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications. In this role, you will need to develop a working knowledge of Citigroup's information systems, procedures, standards, client server application development, network operations, database administration, systems administration, data center operations, and PC-based applications. You will also need to appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Qualifications required for this role include 2 to 4 years of strong experience in UI technologies like JavaScript, Angular Js, with expertise in design, development, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and deployment. You should also have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of HTML5 Technologies, CSS 2/3, reactive functional programming paradigm and its concepts, and hands-on experience with Angular 8+ version. Additionally, familiarity with Linux or UNIX, standard SDLC and Agile processes, Angular 8+ version, HTML, CSS, data structures, and strong writing, communication, time-management, decision-making, and basic task organization skills are necessary. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required for this position. This is a full-time role in the Technology department at Citi.
