Job Description

About the Role:

Java / J2EE Programmer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy Java / J2EE applications.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Develop and maintain RESTful and SOAP-based web services.
Work with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, Struts, or JSF.
Write efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code following best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
Collaborate with UI/UX designers, database developers, and QA teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
0-2+ years
of hands-on experience in Java and J2EE development.
Strong knowledge of
Core Java, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, and EJB.
Proficiency with frameworks such as
Spring (Core, Boot, MVC), Hibernate/JPA, Struts
.
Experience developing and consuming
RESTful and SOAP APIs.
Solid understanding of
object-oriented design (OOD)
and
design patterns.
Experience with
application servers
such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
Familiarity with
SQL and relational databases
(Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
Experience using
version control systems
(Git, SVN).
