Java and Dot Net trainer

As a Training Instructor, your primary responsibility will be to deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Java and .NET programming languages. This includes Core Java, OOPs concepts, Exception Handling, Collections, Multithreading, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Hibernate, Spring Framework for Java, and .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API for .NET. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing training modules, assignments, and assessments customized for different learning levels. - Providing one-on-one guidance to students to clarify doubts and strengthen their understanding. - Preparing and maintaining training-related documentation and reports. - Staying updated with the latest Java and .NET frameworks, tools, and industry practices. - Evaluating learners" progress and offering constructive feedback. - Assisting in project guidance and conducting code reviews for student assignments.
