Job Description: We are looking to onboard enthusiastic and experienced Japanese Language Trainers who can teach online on a flexible, part-time basis. You’ll be delivering engaging sessions tailored to learners of different levels, from complete beginners to advanced speakers. Key Responsibilities: Conduct online Japanese language classes (one-on-one or group). Customize lessons based on learner levels and objectives. Monitor and evaluate student progress, giving constructive feedback. Incorporate cultural insights and practical language use. Participate in occasional trainer meetings and academic updates. Requirements: Proficiency in Japanese (native or JLPT N2/N1 level preferred). Experience teaching Japanese as a foreign language. Certification in language instruction (e.g., Japanese Language Teaching Competency Test, or equivalent) is a plus. Strong communication skills in English. Reliable internet connection, laptop/PC, and headset. Familiarity with Zoom, Google Meet, or similar platforms. Preferred: Trainers currently based in the UK.
