Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Sourcer to join our AP Talent Acquisition team. This role will be based in India or China and will provide end-to-end sourcing support for Japan (50%) and other AP regions (50%). The Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters to build strong candidate pipelines for critical and niche roles across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities Sourcing & Pipeline Building o o o Build talent pipelines for Japan roles (including bilingual requirements) and AP positions. Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Avature, and internal databases to identify top talent. Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and maintain strong candidate relationships. Market Intelligence o Provide insights on talent availability, competitor mapping, and salary benchmarks for Japan and AP markets. o Share weekly updates on sourcing progress and pipeline health. ¢ Candidate Screening o o Conduct initial screening to assess skills, experience, and cultural t. Ensure compliance with local hiring regulations and company standards. Collaboration o Work closely with TA and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and priorities. o Support urgent and niche hiring needs across AP. ¢ Data Management Maintain accurate candidate records in Workday/ATS. o

Track sourcing metrics and contribute to TA dashboards. Qualications ¢ ¢ Experience: 5-8 years in talent sourcing, preferably in a multinational environment. Skills: o Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other tools including AI. o o Familiarity with Japan market hiring and bilingual talent sourcing is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English; Japanese language prociency is a plus. ¢ Tools: Workday, Avature, Excel, and reporting dashboards.
