Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality translation, interpretation, and localization services from Japanese ↔ English.
Ensure accuracy, cultural sensitivity, and contextual relevance in all deliverables.
Proofread and review work to maintain consistency and quality.
Meet tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy.
Maintain confidentiality of client information and project materials.

Requirements:

Fluency in Japanese and English (both written and spoken).
Proven experience in translation/interpretation/localization (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Familiarity with CAT tools (preferred, but not mandatory).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Japanese Language, Linguistics, Translation, or related field.
Prior experience in Legal, Medical, Technical, or IT domains (added advantage).
JLPT Certification (N2/N1 preferred).

Contract length: 9 days

Pay: ₹3,500.00 - ₹4,000.00 per day
