Japanese Bilingual Manual QA Lead

Role Overview: As a Samurai at GlobalLogic, you will be passionate about high-quality software solutions and delighting customers. Your knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development, will be essential in dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Speak with the client in Japanese proficiently during Test Plan creation and various testing cycles like SIT, UAT, etc. - Produce test specifications following team procedures - Execute test specifications against the delivered code and report issues using Unit4's fault management tool - Retest issues and update test documentation - Contribute to the sizing of proposed software developments - Assist in the planning and design of software during sprint planning - Provide daily feedback on the progress of the sprint, highlighting any impediments - Review user help documentation - Contribute to continuous improvements in development processes - Assist in training other team members Qualifications Required: - Fluent Japanese speaker with N2/N1 certification - Strong problem-solving ability - Excellent analytical skills - Strong knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies, including Scrum and Test Driven Development - Ability to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced dynamic environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Education to degree level or equivalent - ISEB Foundation certificate (desirable) - Minimum of 9 years or more working in a software testing role About GlobalLogic: GlobalLogic, a Hitachi Group Company, is a trusted digital engineering partner known for creating innovative and widely used digital products and experiences.
