People here do not give much value to the customer, they work according to their mind, we were told that in 1 day the service will be ok, today it has been 3 days, if the advisor's call did not come, I did not pick up the phone, absolutely rubbish experience

They talk sweet and send nice emails, but can't even find a small fault in a car. About time these people start hiring some car mechanics and not MBAs.
What a mess. Tata's were never good at this and their dealers are pathetic likewise.
