Pathetic customer service, had full servicing done of my Jaguar XF. Billed around 50k and messed up its Air Conditioning and refused to take responsibility. Horrendous waiting times. Not worth visiting.

Inefficient. Non-punctual. Select your Service Advisor properly. Avoid Rohan Tambe as your Service Advisor. For days he doesn't return phone calls or messages.

Pathetic service, strongly recommend anyone against getting any work done here. There are better service centres that offer great service. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR EFFORT ON THESE JOKERS

Service not good at all me personal experience was too bad as compare to other car service center I visited I think jaguar give best customer satisfaction but they don't give a water bottle without asking them overall very bad service center I visited

Worst customer service by Ajay Bhangre and Chetan Rathore. The way they speak is extremely disrespectful both of them will make your life miserable. Avoid them and ask for Mr.Ayub he is much better and will give a solution to your problem.
