IVI Middleware Engineer

Role Overview: As an IVI Middleware Engineer specialized in Wireless Connectivity, you will be responsible for developing and integrating robust middleware components for automotive In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) systems. Your focus will be on implementing and optimizing WiFi and Bluetooth functionalities to ensure seamless connectivity for in-vehicle services and devices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and integrate WiFi and Bluetooth middleware stacks and profiles (e.g., A2DP, HFP, SPP, LE). - Implement APIs and interfaces for application layer interaction with wireless modules. - Troubleshoot and debug connectivity issues, performance, and stability. - Optimize wireless performance and coexistence. - Collaborate effectively with hardware, application, and system teams to ensure seamless integration. Qualifications Required: - 3-7 years of experience in embedded software development for IVI systems. - Strong experience in WiFi and Bluetooth middleware development. - Proficiency in C/C++ programming. - Familiarity with wireless networking standards and protocols. - Experience with Linux or other embedded RTOS platforms. - Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, Ethernet) is a plus. - Experience with version control tools like Git and defect tracking systems like JIRA. - Good communication and collaboration skills.
