ITIL Service Management Process Consultant

As an experienced professional with a strong background in IT operations and ITIL processes, your role will involve utilizing your experience to drive service improvements, incident reduction, and standard change conversion to service requests. Your creative thinking and troubleshooting skills will be essential in implementing these enhancements. Additionally, your willingness to learn new technologies and adapt quickly to different roles will be crucial for success in this dynamic environment. - Serve as a Process Subject Matter Expert, overseeing the management of ITIL SIAM processes and ensuring alignment with supporting tools. - Govern processes to meet SLAs and KPIs, providing solutions and estimations aligned with delivery scope. - Act as a central point of contact for technical teams, stakeholders, and leadership, facilitating communication and coordination. - Establish and communicate process mission, goals, and objectives to stakeholders, documenting and maintaining procedures. - Resolve cross-functional departmental issues, ensure proper staffing and training, and drive consistent execution of processes. - Develop and refine process management procedures for efficiency and effectiveness, monitoring and reporting on process effectiveness. - Drive Continual Service Improvement (CSI) and collaborate with customer organizations, ensuring stakeholder management and clear communication. Qualifications Required: - ITIL V3 and ITIL V4 certification - SIAM practitioner professional certification - Experience in process management and design re-engineering In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of 4-5 Process Managers and Consultants.
