Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage ITIL processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Request Management
  • Monitor IT service performance and identify areas for process improvement
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure compliance with ITIL standards
  • Facilitate root cause analysis and drive problem resolution
  • Develop and maintain ITSM documentation and reports
  • Support audits and compliance checks related to ITIL processes
  • Provide training and guidance on ITIL best practices to teams

Candidate Profile:

  • 2 to 7 years of experience in IT service management with strong knowledge of ITIL framework
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to analyze complex IT processes and suggest improvements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • ITIL Foundation or higher certification preferred
