ITI & Operations Supervisor

You will be joining our team as an ITI at Cimton Sweets and Toffees in Mumbai, taking on the role of a factory manager. With 3-5 years of relevant experience, this full-time on-site position will require you to oversee day-to-day operations, reporting, and the development of systems and processes within the factory environment. Your responsibilities will encompass technical aspects such as machinery maintenance and repair, as well as fostering management skills to enhance team productivity. Your ability to effectively handle factory associates on a daily basis, coupled with knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting, will be crucial to your success in this role. Experience in equipment installation, calibration, and independent as well as collaborative work are also key requirements. As a part of our team, you are expected to demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
