Job Title: Operator – ITI Fresher

Department: Production / Maintenance
Location: Silvassa, Gujarat
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Shift Incharge

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated ITI Freshers to join as Operators in our wire drawing plant. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a growing industrial setup. The role involves hands-on work in production or maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and assist in wire drawing or utility machine operations
• Follow instructions and support senior technicians
• Conduct basic quality checks and maintain a clean work area
• Strictly follow safety protocols and company SOPs
• Report equipment issues or process deviations to the supervisor

Requirements

• ITI pass in any trade: Fitter / Electrician / Turner / Wireman / R&A / Mechanical, etc.
• Fresher (0–1 year experience)
• Willing to work 12-hour shifts (Day/Night) – Mandatory
• Physically fit and comfortable working in an industrial environment
• Quick learner with a good attitude and discipline

Working Conditions

• Industrial shop floor with machinery, noise, and heat
• 12-hour rotational shifts, including nights and weekends

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Night shift
• Rotational shift
