Position- ITI Fitter (QC)

Location- Kaman Road (Pick and Drop Facility from Naigaon Station)

Working Days- Mon- Sat

Working time- 9.30 to 6.30

Working hours - 8 to 9 hours

Salary-upto 25K

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Testing & Inspection:

o Perform routine testing and inspection of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.

o Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company standards, and specifications.

o Conduct stability, performance, and safety tests on products.

o Maintain detailed and accurate records of all tests performed.

2. Documentation & Reporting:

o Prepare and maintain QC documentation including test reports, deviation reports, and batch records.

o Review and validate product specifications and ensure that all tests are conducted accurately and thoroughly.

o Document any quality deviations and work with the production team to investigate and resolve issues.

3. Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

o Ensure all activities comply with industry regulations (e.g., GMP, GLP, ISO) and company policies.

o Assist in preparing for audits by regulatory agencies and internal audits.

o Maintain an understanding of current regulatory requirements and ensure they are incorporated into QC activities.

4. Equipment Calibration & Maintenance:

o Ensure laboratory equipment and testing tools are properly calibrated and maintained.

o Work with maintenance personnel to repair or replace faulty equipment.

5. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:

o Investigate and troubleshoot quality issues or non-conformance problems that arise during testing or production.

o Work with cross-functional teams, including production and R&D, to resolve quality-related concerns.

6. Training and Continuous Improvement:

o Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay up to date with industry trends and regulatory changes.

o Provide training to junior QC staff as needed.

o Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
