Job Title: Trainee – Production
Location: MODULI Factory, Malkapur Near Choutuppal
Role Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Trainee Production Operators to support daily manufacturing operations. The role involves operating production machinery, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth workflow within the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Operating and monitoring machinery and equipment
Performing routine checks and inspections
Reporting deviations or abnormalities
Following safety, quality, and housekeeping standards
Adhering to production schedules and ensuring material availability
Coordinating with supervisors and quality teams to achieve production targets
Requirements:
ITI (Fitter, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Diesel Mechanic, welder, refrigeration and air condition technician)
Passed out in 2023 / 2024 / 2025
Willingness to work in shifts.
Offered CTC: ₹2.8 LPA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹280,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
