Required Skills

Language Proficiency
Marathi and Hindi – Verbal communicationEnglish – Written communication
Salary
₹18,000 to ₹20,000 per month (depending on skills and capabilities)

Responsible for control panel wiring and field wiringConduct wiring testing, trials, and commissioning of equipmentEnsure timely completion of assigned projectsMaintain safe working practices as per company and statutory standardsMotivate and guide the team to deliver high performanceCheck quality of inward electrical materialsAccurately complete all required documentation for regulatory complianceCarry out preventive maintenance of production machinery to ensure safe and efficient workflowManage repair or replacement of faulty production equipmentPrepare, read, and understand electrical circuit drawingsEnsure effective teamwork and coordination
