Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrician Supervisor with strong expertise in shipyard operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in electrical supervision and managing teams in industrial/shipyard projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision of electrical works at shipyard sites.
• Cable glanding, wiring, and termination.
• Powerhouse operations and maintenance.
• Cable joining, fault finding, and troubleshooting.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Guiding and monitoring electricians for smooth project execution.

Requirements:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in electrical works (preferably in shipyard or heavy industries).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to lead a team and manage site activities effectively.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
