Role Overview: iTeach Mitra is a team of 4 student leaders from iTeach schools representing the 200 student alumni across all iTeach Schools in Navi Mumbai. As an iTeach Mitra, you will play a crucial role as a bridge between student alumni and the college-to-career team, ensuring engagement in programs catered to the college-to-career world. Key Responsibilities: - Student Outreach: - Ensure students attend and benefit from iTeach programs by conducting one-on-one calls, home visits, and other tailored engagement strategies. - Health Checks: - Collect and systematically track essential student data to monitor progress and well-being. - Program & Project Execution: - Plan and implement community-building programs such as Career Talks, Industrial Field Visits, Hobby Clubs, Sports Tournaments, Sharing Circles, and the Annual Alumni Fest to foster a strong support network among students. - Monthly Engagement Activities: - Drive student participation in monthly engagement activities and co-facilitate these sessions in collaboration with the assigned advisor. - School-to-C2C Transition: - Support the smooth transition of 10th-grade graduating students into the C2C program, ensuring effective orientation and integration. - Community Engagement: - Conduct home visits with Middle-Risk and Low-Risk students, facilitate small group sharing circles, and community interactions to strengthen peer bonds and family engagement. - Apply for National Universities: - Over the two-year journey, focus on building leadership through meaningful experiences, and encourage student leaders to apply to national universities for higher education. Qualification Required: - Do you believe in taking ownership to positively impact your surroundings - Are you a 10th-grade graduate willing to deliver high-impact social work in the community - Do you possess a non-judgmental attitude and a goal-oriented working style - Are you eager to develop and enhance your leadership skills Please note: This is a paid opportunity with a stipend of 4000/month. The commitment is for 17 months of internship starting from 1st Oct 2025, with a break of 3 months from 15th Dec 2027 to 15th March 2027 for board exams. The job location is in Navi Mumbai.
