As an iTeach Mitra, you will be part of a team of 17 student leaders representing the 2000 student alumni across all iTeach Schools. Your primary responsibility will be to bridge the gap between student alumni and the college-to-career team, ensuring their active engagement in the programs offered. **Responsibilities:** - **Student Guide:** Provide one-on-one guidance and support to student alumni in handling challenges they face in college life, including academic, financial, and social aspects. - **Student Outreach:** Ensure students attend and benefit from programs by conducting one-on-one calls, home visits, and employing engagement strategies. - **Data Collection:** Collect and track essential student data in a systematic manner. - **Program Execution:** Execute programs like iLead, Industrial Field Visits, Sports Tournaments, Sharing Circles, fostering a community of support among students. - **Stakeholder Management:** Collaborate with stakeholders such as parents, college staff, and different teams in the College-to-Career program. - **Home Visits & Community Visits:** Conduct visits to engage with parents and students in the community, ensuring participation, addressing concerns, and strengthening relationships. - **Annual Alumni Fest:** Organize a reunion for all students once a year. **Qualifications:** - Belief in taking ownership to bring positive change - Current senior college student or graduate willing to engage in high-impact social work - Non-judgmental attitude and goal-oriented working style If you are passionate about supporting college-going students, learning project leadership, managing multiple responsibilities effectively, receiving mentorship from experienced leaders, collaborating with alumni, facilitating sessions, and helping struggling students succeed in college, then this opportunity is for you!
