IT&D Data Scientist & Analytics Manager

As a Data Scientist & Analytics Lead at Reckitt, you will play a crucial role in driving the digital transformation of the organization to deliver commercial value and business growth through data-led insights and decision-making. Your expertise in mining information and utilizing cutting-edge AI/ML capabilities will be instrumental in providing invaluable business insights. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the evolution and strategy of Reckitt South Asia's data stack to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities. - Manage the enterprise data model, ensuring data integrity, availability, and information confidentiality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, identify opportunities, and integrate analytics-driven solutions into business processes. - Utilize mathematical & statistical principles along with machine learning and decision-science algorithms to solve key business challenges and deliver commercial value. - Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in data science to bring innovative ideas for improving organizational performance. - Collaborate with global product management as the regional product manager for data solutions to ensure adherence to guidelines and cross-pollination of best practices. - Strive to improve data literacy within the South Asia IT&D team by bringing together cross-functional experts through data. Qualifications Required: - 5-9 years of experience post-qualification with a significant background in consumer goods, retail, or similar industries, utilizing data science techniques to address business needs. - Proficiency in regression and classification algorithms, mathematical expertise, and experience in Python with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Experience in data modeling, visualization, and building/managing data pipelines with automations (ETL/power automate). - Strong problem-solving skills, business understanding, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to drive initiatives.
