Italian CDP Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie – Italian Cuisine to join our culinary team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a specific kitchen section, preparing authentic Italian dishes, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and supporting junior team members.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (Italian cuisine) in a hotel, restaurant, or fine-dining setup.
• Strong knowledge of traditional and modern Italian cooking techniques and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Culinary diploma/certification preferred.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
