IT & Website Developer

As a Senior IT & Website Developer, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance websites along with managing IT systems to ensure security and support technology-related processes within the organization. Collaboration with design, marketing, and operations teams is crucial to deliver robust digital experiences and maintain efficient system operations. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the planning, development, testing, and deployment of responsive websites and web applications. - Translate UI/UX designs and functional requirements into high-quality code. - Optimize website speed, SEO, and performance. - Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. - Implement and maintain CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, Drupal. - Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure (servers, networks, user devices). - Ensure effective data security, backup procedures, and access control policies. - Provide IT support to internal teams, resolving hardware/software issues. - Oversee procurement and deployment of IT tools/licenses. - Manage email systems, cloud storage, and enterprise applications (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace). Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in website development and IT systems management. - Strong expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Bootstrap). - Experience with back-end technologies (e.g., PHP, Node.js, MySQL, Python, etc.). - Proficiency with CMS platforms such as WordPress or similar. - Solid knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system administration (Windows, Linux). - Familiarity with version control (Git), deployment pipelines, and web hosting environments. - Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). - Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD tools. - Understanding of GDPR and IT compliance standards. - Project management experience or certification (PMP, Agile) is a plus.
