Vendor Evaluation • Interviewing Vendors • Commercials Negotiation • Collaboration with the stakeholders • Monitoring and controlling contracts • Good skill of purchase to payment life cycle (Quotation, commercials comparison, Purchase order) • Maintain the Asset Management process from the acquisition and tracking of all hardware and software assets throughout the functional life-cycle • Ensure that full documentation of contract terms, vendor performance, systems software and hardware changes , is made available and is updated regularly • IT Procurement Validation and analysis of spend, identifying and reporting on variances and trends • Ability to utilize existing financial and ERP software tools to develop, track, forecast, and manage spend against Information Technology budgets • Good Knowledge of IT Equipment’s in terms of Hardware and software • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Support regular IT contract expiry and renewal meetingsRole & responsibilities
