Your key accountabilities will include developing clear and effective training materials, evaluating learner performance through assessments and hands-on projects, and providing constructive feedback to aid in their improvement. You will stay abreast of the latest trends in technology and IT education to ensure that the training materials align with current best practices. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong academic background in IT or related technical fields, coupled with a passion for teaching. Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, Java, or JavaScript is essential, along with a sound understanding of Computer Science fundamentals. You should be adept at explaining complex technical concepts in a simple and understandable manner and comfortable with public speaking and engaging with an audience. Experience with instructional techniques like blended learning and e-learning, as well as familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training platforms, will be advantageous.
