Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Manual & Automation Testing Trainer to deliver high-quality training sessions to students/professionals. The trainer will be responsible for teaching software testing concepts, tools, and real-time project practices in both manual testing and automation testing frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training modules on Manual and Automation Testing.
• Teach testing methodologies, test planning, test case design, defect tracking, and reporting.
• Provide hands-on training in automation tools such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Appium, JMeter, etc.
• Guide learners through real-time scenarios, project-based assignments, and best practices.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and tools in QA and automation testing.
• Prepare course material, practice exercises, and assessments.
• Support learners with doubt-solving sessions, mentoring, and career guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Expertise in Manual Testing techniques and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, JUnit, Jenkins, Maven/Gradle, Git/GitHub, etc.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java/Python for automation scripting.
• Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter) is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Prior experience as a trainer/faculty is preferred (but not mandatory if technically strong).

Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Freelance

Location: Tambaram, M.M Nagar, pallikaranai / Online (depending on institution needs)

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 14 per week
