IT Technician Support

The primary focus of your role in an IT Support position is to ensure that the company's employees can effectively utilize software and hardware for their daily tasks. Your responsibilities will include resolving IT support requests from employees, addressing queries related to computer systems, analyzing data to identify and troubleshoot issues with computer systems, adjusting configurations and permissions to resolve computer problems, as well as creating sign-ins for new hires as part of the onboarding process. This is a full-time position with benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off. The working hours are during the day shift with fixed working days from Monday to Friday. The work location is on-site.
