Open Banking (OB) Skills Required:

  • OB Consent and Authorization

  • OB Even Notification

  • OB Account information Services(AIS)

  • OB Payment Initiation Services(PIS)

  • OB Confirmation of Funds

  • OB Open Data

  • OB Dynamic Client Registration

  • OB Reporting

  • OB Security

MUST Have:

  • Open Banking Domain

    Knowledge working for UK banks.
  • Strong understanding of Java stack and AWS cloud frameworks.
  • Ability to also provide technical solutions to project team

Key responsibilities

  • Business requirements definition and management : Requirement gathering,
  • elicitation, management of requirements thru its E2E lifecycle.
  • Capture user and business requirements; elicit, analyse, challenge, prioritise and
  • document the end-to-end Service Design requirements
  • Champion and contribute to the Business Analysis practice within the chapter,
  • developing practices, tools, knowledge and capability to support the delivery of large,
  • complex business initiatives.
  • Be the subject matter expert on Business Analysis. Provide business analysis and
  • process design coaching and support to peers and project teams.
  • Run detailed process and requirements workshops engaging multiple stakeholders
  • across organization / functions Technology, Product Line, operational subject matter
  • experts, ensuring end to end business process enables a great customer and colleague

  • Document and maintain design artefacts (e.g. service blueprints, process designs,
  • user requirements) to the appropriate standards.
  • Ensure clear understanding of the requirements / user stories with the build and
  • testing teams
  • Define appropriate quality measures and targets for QM practices
  • Support the readiness of our operational colleagues through detailed knowledge
  • transfer and low-level process design
  • Identify improvement opportunities and feed these into the agreed delivery backlog
  • Work on estimation of efforts for user stories,
  • Skills required • Work experience in banking domain for 3-4 years (minimum)
  • Hands on experience in the functional design of IT systems
  • BA certification, minimum 2 to 3 years of BA experience on CRM, other banking
  • applications
  • Should have experience in traditional SDLC and agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban
  • Business requirements definition and management. Creating use cases, user stories,
  • Business Requirement Specifications, backlog management
  • Translate business requirements into techno functional solutions
  • Business process design and modelling Analyse and document business processes
  • and workflows with the objective of understanding as-is state, in order to define the
  • to-be state
  • Analysis of business processes and workflows with the objective of finding out how
  • they can be improved or automated
  • Systems Integration analysis not limited to analysis of gaps and dependencies with
  • multiple other systems in the technology landscape
  • Hands on experience with SQL, Postman, drawio (or similar), UML, JIRA, Confluence
  • tools (Understanding on Open API is a plus)
  • Business improvement methodologies i.e Continuous Improvement, Lean, Design for
  • Six Sigma etc
  • Testing, Trial & Validation techniques working with project stakeholders to validate
  • their requirements and analysis models via techniques such as reviews, walkthroughs
  • and User Acceptance testing
  • Human-centred design practices contributing to service blueprints, wireframes,
  • journey maps, process maps / flows
  • Communication - Able to express thinking clearly to others when writing, speaking
  • and presenting. Able to facilitate design workshops and walkthroughs
  • Problem solving - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Stakeholder Management - comfortable in front of audiences at all levels of seniority
  • (up to exec level)
  • Managing high levels of ambiguity Able to deal with uncertainty and risk and adapt
  • to change, should be able to handle conflicts, work in cross functional teams
