Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-cycle IT recruitment
• Source, screen, and schedule interviews
• Collaborate with hiring managers for role alignment
• Support general HR activities (added advantage)

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in IT recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• HR generalist knowledge is a plus
• Female candidates preferred.
