Job Description

As an IT System Analyst, your role will involve gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into functional specifications. You will assist in designing, testing, and deploying IT systems and applications. Collaboration with developers, testers, and business stakeholders is key to delivering solutions effectively. In addition, you will be responsible for system configuration, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring. Supporting end-users with system-related issues, providing training/documentation, and participating in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) to ensure quality deliverables will be part of your daily tasks. Maintaining documentation such as workflows, technical designs, and SOPs, as well as assisting in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects are also crucial. Ensuring that IT systems comply with security and data protection policies is an essential aspect of this role. Qualifications for the IT System Analyst position include a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Around 1 year of experience as a System Analyst or IT Business Analyst is required. Preferred certifications include ITIL Foundation, CBAP, SQL certification, or equivalent qualifications.,
