About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT System Administrator with Level 2 and Level 3 support expertise to manage, troubleshoot, and optimize our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, Microsoft 365, and IT System Administration, and will be responsible for handling escalated issues, infrastructure management, and root cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Level 2 Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced technical support for end-user devices, servers, and networks.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Manage and configure Active Directory, Group Policies, Exchange Online, and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Monitor and maintain IT systems, networks, and security controls.
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware/software support when needed.

Level 3 Responsibilities:

  • Handle complex, business-critical IT issues requiring expert troubleshooting.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
  • Design, implement, and optimize Azure Cloud & Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Manage system upgrades, patches, automation, and performance tuning.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for IT processes.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide Level 1/Level 2 staff.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT support / system administration.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
  • Azure Cloud (VMs, Security, Networking, AD Connect, Backup, Monitoring)
  • Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Security & Compliance)
  • Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and networking concepts.
  • Knowledge of IT security, firewalls, endpoint protection, and backup solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have (Preferred)

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-104, MS-500, MCSA, MCSE)
  • Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python).
  • Exposure to ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, and Change Management).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
