Job Posting: AXapta 2009 Administrator (Production Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced AXapta 2009 Administrator with a strong background in production processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the AXapta 2009 ERP system, ensuring seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and supporting end-users. The role requires in-depth knowledge of AXapta 2009 and hands-on experience in production modules.

Key Responsibilities:

AXapta 2009 ERP Administration:

- Manage, configure, and maintain the AXapta 2009 system.

- Perform system updates, patches, and upgrades.

- Ensure the integrity, performance, and security of the AXapta 2009 environment.

Production Module Expertise:

- Provide expert support and troubleshooting for AXapta 2009 production modules.

- Configure production-related setups such as bills of materials (BOM), routes, and production orders.

- Work closely with production teams to optimize AXapta workflows for manufacturing processes.

User Support:

- Offer training and support to end-users on AXapta 2009 functionalities.

- Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues related to production, inventory, and supply chain modules.

Data Management & Reporting:

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the production and inventory modules.

- Generate reports related to production performance, inventory management, and other key metrics.

Process Improvement:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement improvements in production processes.

- Ensure AXapta workflows align with best practices and evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3+ years of experience working with AXapta 2009 in an administrative role.

Strong experience with AXapta 2009 production modules, including inventory, BOM, and supply chain.

Proven experience in supporting manufacturing or production environments using AXapta.

Experience with AXapta programming, including customization, X++ programming, and development.

Knowledge of AXapta customization and configuration.

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.

Strong communication skills and ability to train end-users.

Knowledge of database management (SQL Server).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in integration with third-party systems.

Basic understanding of network infrastructure and system architecture.

Knowledge of other Microsoft Dynamics versions (AX 2012 or D365) is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
