Key Responsibilities: * Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware (PCs, printers, networks) & software applications. * Provide on-site/remote support, repairs, and maintenance. * Ensure system security, backups, and user training. Requirements: * Diploma/Degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent. * 2+ years experience in IT support. * Knowledge of Windows (10 Pro, 11), networking (VPN, crimping, ensuring network connectivity etc.), and software installations. * Strong problem-solving IT skills required. * Valid driver's license required.
