IT Support Service Engineer

Job Description: You will be responsible for providing desktop service, laptop service, basic printer service, IT support service experience, and documentation skill to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include: - Assembling desktop PCs - Basic repair of desktops and laptops - OS installation and troubleshooting - Application software installation and troubleshooting - Basic printer repairs - Network related troubleshooting - Preparation of documentation In addition, you are expected to have the ability to coordinate and manage maintenance contracts related to managed IT services.
